Is what is recommended yes? As well as lot's of hair washing to avoid reoxidising?
My work friend was hoping she'd be able to bleach on saturday afternoon but she did colour oops last night. She asked me if I thought she'd be okay washing her hair every day this week and then bleaching at the weekend. Given the fact that you need to bleach on slightly greasy hair, I didn't think this was a good idea.
If she washed her hair today, tomorrow and wednesday, then left her hair alone until saturday would that be too much for her hair?

I think that'd be ok if she doesn't wash it for those few days so her scalp's protected by the grease. She could also try a strand test with the bleach if she's still worried about the colour reoxidising.
