Hey, I currently have Ombre hair (Dark brown to Blonde) and I am wondering how I would tackle on getting to a solid blonde color (light enough to do a semi-permanent color). I guess the easier way to do is to cut my ends off, however I want to keep my length. Is there any other way? Thank you

No need to cut the ends off unless you want to. Just avoid the already bleached areas when lightening the rest of your hair. If the dark brown is dyed, then start with a colour remover. if it is virgin you can go straight to bleach. You will have to be careful when applying to the join between the colours, I would mix a weaker bleach solution for those areas. So if you are using 30 vol for the majority make a separate batch of 10 vol for the lightly bleached parts. You will need to do strand tests to work out exact timings etc.
