How light will my hair tone? (Picture included)

Hello, I spent half the night bleaching my hair! I have some brassy tones which I bleached over most, but I'm still left with a yellow blonde. I was really hoping to do my hair pastel pink. Could I tone my hair to white blonde? Or do I need to bleach more? If I was to go pastel purple instead, could I leave my hair the way it is now? Also, can I put colour on right after toneing or bleaching? Please help!! I'm a complete newbie to this all, and my hair is my pride and joy. I'm more than aware it is fried now, which is a new task all in itself.  *anyone*

It looks light enough in the second two pics. If you tone it with something purple you should get the remaining yellow tones out and be able to see if it is light enough for a pastel pink or lilac

Hi, from experience the tops lengths of your hair will tone to white, however the lower lengths have orange tone in them that will not tone.  Do not try to lighten anymore because that peachy shade you are seeing looks like old artificially coloured hair that might not be budging.  Your idea about toning Violet is a good one.  If you apply a Lavender Pastel Colour onto that orange blonde hair it will go a high beige shade.  If you then apply a white toner on the top sections these will go white, so you will end up with an unusual ice beige Ombre.  This is far better than trying to over lighten the hair and risk it breaking.  Kind Regards Scott Cornwall

I can't answer your question as I'm in the same boat kind of & didn't want to start a new thread.

I done a bleach & shampoo on my hair & I'm planning on doing it again next week on the patches I missed & to get the green out of the other side of my hair. I'm just wondering if I can get all the green out of my other side will this tone light enough for a blue or turquise? If not then I plan on leaving it another week then when doing my roots maybe do a bleach bath on my lengths?

I think that will be light enough for a blue or turquoise shade that isn't super light. I don't think you will need another bleach bath.

The colours I have are Directions Atlantic blue, which I was hoping to be able to dilute a bit. & Stargazer UV Turquoise which I was going to use for peekaboo slices.

I think that once you tone it diluted Atlantic blue should be fine. I'm pretty sure it's purple based which will work in your favour if your base is a little yellow.

Strand test to be sure though 🙂

Oh I'm sorry, I'd used it before and thought it was purpley. Sorry!

Atlantic blue might turn a bit green on that and lavender may not take I know mine was lighter then urs and only toned the top but I know how hard it is to get a true photo of ur hair so I think the best thing to do is strand test but I think a pale pink deffo will x

I don't want it to come out too green, I want it similar to the pic attached. She used a diluted Atlantic Blue from what she said I her video.

I think neon blue would be a better bet if you want to avoid green. Also I think if you want a blue shade as light as her hair you will need to bleach bathe your hair first. She would have had a really light base for that colour.

Ah right okay.. I'll try a bleach bath first & do a strand test. I done my roots yesterday, how long would you suggest waiting to do a bb?
