The only other thing you can do is to slightly over tone (probably best to layer up the sheer colour rather than apply a deeper mix) and then let it fade out.
Hi Wicked Pixie,
By the looks of it to achieve a nice cool blonde result I would suggest picking up a semi permenant dark ash blonde. By the looks of it your hair still has orangey/brassy bits. The only thing which will tone Orange is a Blue based toner (you could try Silver by Directions as its blue base)
Orange and blue are opposites in the colour wheel.
In my experience a darker ash blonde will cover over orange better than a lighter toner (silver/plat blonde) as a lighter toner has violet tones which only neutralises yellow, leaving the orange still there, if that makes sense?
Make sure you condition your hair as much as you can! Coconut Oil always works a treat, conditioning hair masks or even go into a salon for an Olaplex treatment to get the strength back.
Avoid any permenant colours and bleach or anything with peroxide in. I would recommend only using a semi permenant as its none damaging.
Good luck!
