Hair suicide, black - brown - blondegreenish, help!

I am actually ashamed of even writing this post because I've repeatedly committed the worst crime when it comes to hair. Last year I bleached it up to a platinum blonde colour, I then played around with lots of colours until I stuck with Directions Turquoise for quite a while. I suddenly decided that I hated the way I looked and dyed my hair black (I know, bad, bad). It kind of worked out eventually but then a while later I wanted brown, so I used Colour B4 and it made my hair quite greenish. I put Directions Flame on it and the red negated the green, and after I've used Adore colours in brown. Now, I know I shouldn't even consider it but I really want to go back to blonde. Having 'normal' hair really isn't for me and I deeply regret dying my hair dark again. The other day I used Scott Cornwal's Decolour Remover, it worked really well and boosted my levels up a lot. Problem is, now the green is making a grand return. As a test I bleached parts of my fringe and some parts turned out very well but others (that were darker in nature beforehand) turned greenblondeish. I tried to put some tomato puree on it but it didn't help. So, I was wondering if you ladies have any ideas as for what I should do with the rest of my hair. I seem to remember that I've read that dying it red/orangey and eventually lifting the hair with bleach might work, or should I perhaps consider Cornwall's Stripper? Or simply just bleach it now? Like I said, the rest of my hair is now a kind of ashblonde/light brown/greeny colour. I know I've basically done everything you shouldn't to my hair but now I just want it blonde, no matter what it takes. I make sure to deep condition a lot as well and it does make my hair a lot happier, I was also really impressed with Cornwall's Decolour, only problem is patches of various colours due to roots etc.

What do you guys think? I'm suspecting that the brownashygreeny hair will just turn blondegreen. Should I try to put some baking soda before I do anything else? Or consider a pretty light copper or orange dye before I eventually bleach it again? Or Stripper? Or simply bleach it now and work the green out (I'm just afraid I won't be able to remove it)? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would continue with fading before reaching for the bleach.
I have had good results from a second round of colour remover, so that is what i would do next.
Avoid adding any more colour right now if your goal is lighter.
I have taken my daughters hair back to blonde twice, (same hair, first time was in the summer, second time happening now, she has waist length hair) the first time we managed to get back to platinum but we did use some damaging processes, (a couple of bleach baths) this time we have had to settle for a darker blonde because it is more stained and more fragile.
So platinum might not be possible if your hair is stained, but you can achieve a darker blonde.
Do you have a pic of your current colour? What shades of blonde would be acceptable? Are you planning on keeping the blonde or just using it as a base for unnatural colours? What is the length and condition of your hair like currently? What is your natural colour and how many processes has it been through? Was it just one bleach and one permanent dye?

I'll try to upload some pictures of the current colour tomorrow, it's basically a mixture of ashblonde and brown/darker brown. Ultimately I'd like to just go platinum blonde, and I would be okay with some damage I just don't want to end up with a greenish colour. The condition of my hair is so-so, the ends are pretty damaged but the rest of my hair is okay. My hair is pretty sturdy in general so it can take quite a lot of processing but some of it will end up bubblegummy, no doubt. It's layered so some of it is beneath my shoulders (those would be the most healthy bits) and some parts of it is fairly short (and the outer layers are pretty sad by now). How far can decolour remover lift a colour though? Isn't the stripper supposed to be better if you're trying to achieve blonde? Like I said I want platinum blonde but I wouldn't mind being a darker blonde for a while in order to save my hair some pain, ahem. My natural colour is a fairly light brown, as for the rest it's gone from super blonde - directions green - black - colour b4 brown - several Adore dyes and now the Decolour which has lifted it to ashyblondebrowny. So, my poor hair has been through a lot. I have not put any bleach on it after I dyed it dark again though.

Colour removers can take you back to platinum blonde if that was the colour under the dye, it just depends on whether the hair has stained, if it has even bleach won't take it out. Strippers are like a mix of a colour remover plus bleach. I would recommend the colour remover first, it will make bleaching later much easier and give a more even result.
Sometimes rushing to bleach can make the colour embed further into the hair, so I would try everything else first.  Try Katies combination colour stripper, or just bleach powder and hot water, or swimming/sunshine, soaking in bath salts, there are loads of ways to fade colour, especially if you aren't overly concerned about the condition of your hair at the end.
