Blonde>Red> Blonde=mess, please help :-(

I am natural ash/dark blonde. Before Christmas i went for an all over permanent medium copper golden blonde (osmoikon).

I had this done twice and about 8 weeks after the last colour I ked my hairdresser if I could go back to my natural colour of ash blonde with highlights over the top. She said yes and proceeded to dye. The ash part came out orange...! I have since been told that she should have stripped my hair first?

This was about 6 six weeks ago and i now have ash roots, then a bleach blond section of old roots and then the faded orange! I desperately just want to go back ash blond now. Can i just get a semi perm ash and dye on top of what it there now or do I need to strip first?
