I am naturally a level 8 ash (medium ash blonde), for my current hair colour I get a full head of highlights with Schwarzkopf Blondme Bleach with 7vol (2% peroxide) to lift them to about a level 10. Therefore the overall color appearance is a level 9 (Formal calculation: (8+10)/2). I do not currently tone my hair, but should I tone my hair with a level 9 or 10 neutral (I hate ash but I know an ash toner would blend with my natural better). Give me your guys thoughts a suggestions. The second photo show the regrowth of about 3 weeks.
