[Fade Update] Turquoise + Lagoon=
« on: 21 Aug 13 / 12:02 PM »
so pastels were starting to annoy me, too much upkeep, i know i'll go back to them eventually (if i can get this out, i know its a stubborn dye xD.)

ok so this is about
1/4 Directions Turquoise
1/8 Directions Lagoon blue
and the rest conditioner,

i thought it would be quite diluted, but no, its so pigmented!

its darker than im used too so i'm still adjusting to it, and i'm thinking of dying my hair extensiond so i can have super long mermaid hair :D

excuse my face but my web cam actually picked up the colour very well, let me know what you think :)

xxx

Boy, do I understand that.  My hair is also fairly straight.  I have a little bit of wave, but not much especially when it gets to be longer.  I got so tired of all the time I put into making sure my hair had volume and body.  That's why I chopped it all off.  :P

Still, your hair makes me swoon.  ;)  It's really a stunning shade.  Enjoy it!

Heh, how I wish that were true! Even when I wear my hair in natural curls (when not heavily bleached) it takes a lot of styling and faffing around! Doesn't matter what I do, its always a two to four hour process... Which is why I try to do it only once a week lol

That shade is quite honestly stunning on you. I can't get over how jewel like and pretty it looks.

On another note I set my curls that way too, my stupid thick hair likes to make me look like a fancy poodle though hehe

Are you doing it on wet hair? if so when their dry you need to brush the curls out, lots of brushing is needed! xD like this...

I use the lazy method of just using a curling iron and pinning the curl till its cool.

Thanks, I've actually watched that tutorial! I do lots of brushing and get there eventually, I'm sure once my hair is grown a bit more I will get better results due to the thickness. Right now it tends to like sticking together in a puffy ball xD I have been doing it after blow drying lately and that seems to be working better.

Anyway very pretty hair! I wish I could pull blue off.
