Has anyone got this? What's the pain like and healing? I'm thinking of getting it :)

I have one! Had it donkey's years. It's a bit ouch to get done but no worse than normal lower lip piercings and less painful than a medusa. Healing time for me was...Er about 2 or 3 months? Around that but it was so long ago i can't remember!

That looks amazing, I love the philtrum/vertical alignment, and the way the septum adds to the symmetry :D
