Feeling Fringey!
« on: 22 Aug 12 / 11:20 PM »
So as people who have me on facebook already know, I got a haircut today! It's my first new hairstyle since I was 14 years old, so it was quite an exciting and scary experience, but the stylist was amazingly nice and patient with my notoriously difficult hair! I'm so happy, I should definitely change style more often, it feels great! What's better, my hair is in the best condition it's been in for ages!

She chopped out the last bits of bleach damage from last year's black-to-blonde process, feathered and layered the rest to give it a bit more shape, and...

New fringe! I love it to bits, so happy, not had a fringe in about 15 years so I'm feeling very chuffed with it haha! The stylist seemed super happy with how it turned out, I think she was doubting whether it would really work but she seemed pleased with it in the end! :D

Excuse the picspam, super pleased! :D

Thanks guys! Still super happy with it, though the turquoise needs a bit of a touch up now. One of my favourite parts is that my roots are not obvious anymore hahah!

Unfortunately not in the Midlands, I was staying down at my parent's house in Berkshire. Got it done in Rush hair by an amazing lady called Andrea who is now my hair's new favourite person haha. I can send you the details via PM if you're still interested, but I'm guessing it's a bit further than you'd want to go?

You look absolutely drop dead gorgeous, I am beyond jealous of your V fringe, I've always wanted one but happen to have a badly placed cowlick at my hairline which renders it impossible.

As someone who rocked the v-fringe and purple combo for most of uni, I approve! Love the cut and colour. I wish I didn't have to have boring normal-person-job hair. :(
