I'm an auntie again! My sister had a baby girl last night and she's beautiful :) They live 3 hours away so hoping once they're settled we can visit them

Glittepix that's wonderful!

I'm happy because I've just got a job so I'm not going to be horribly poor any more! Yay food!

Just spent 2 days putting together flat pack stuff to give my son a "big boy" room.. I wish to never have to do it again, this can last him until he leaves home  ;)! Glad to to see he's happy & loves it though, he won't leave his room now!

Thank you. It was a made to order colour, which made it quite pricey but I was dead set on having a certain blue lol. Worth it to see little one happy  :)

Got a flat viewing tomorrow. I feel like this could be the one as long as there's nothing seriously wrong with it when we turn up, we're gonna go for it.

Good luck with the flat!

I'm excited as it's my husbands 36th birthday on thursday. We can't go out anywhere really as our car broke down and our youngest child is poorly so we can't really drag her out or get a sitter, so I'm going to do like a little tea party lunch for him

My daughter has decided to cut her hair off and donate it to the Little Princess charity who make wigs for children with cancer. How nice is that?

That's wonderful wicked! It's really cool that she's doing that for someone. How long is her hair now?

Not massively long, but longer than bra strap, sort of mid back.

That's pretty long to me. I can't imagine cutting that much hair off if I actually liked having long hair.

She is hopefully going to have a bob of some sort after, so not too short. She has always had long hair except one time she had it shoulder length when she was about 13, so a pretty big change.

Yesterday was one of the most nerve-racking days I've ever had, primary school placement day & I didn't find out until the evening! All day I was back & fourth on a parenting website reading all the devastated mums who got NONE of the schools they chose which made me even more nervous. Thankfully I got my 2nd choice which I'm thrilled with!! Can't believe my baby will be in full time school come September :')

I must admit I hated the packing and hassle of moving, but absolutely love the arranging and unpacking in a new place!

Remember to keep your kettle, cups and tea bags handy to get to!

Good luck with the move x

I got my setum pierced at 2.5mm the other day. I may never even wear visible jewelry in it, but it's making me happy to know it's there. (This totally has nothing to do with not bieng allowed visible piercings at work any more......)
