Help Finding A Dye Color?
« on: 03 Jun 17 / 06:39 PM »
I'm getting my hair done in this exact style, and I need a permanent hair color that's in this shade of brown. First what would this color/dye be referred to as and please recommend dye manufactures (like L'Oreal or Garnier) and the dye number for that manufacturer ^w^ thankss.

What is your hair like at the moment? Does it already have dye in it? (ie, have parts of it been dyed that have not since grown out and been cut off?) and what is your natural colour?

This shade looks like a light ash brown to me, it will be more difficult to achieve on hair that is naturally very dark as hair has to lighten through shades of red and orange that would make it look brassy. I'm not able to advise you on lightening through these stages as my own hair is light ash brown naturally, but there may be other people on here who can and if you can provide details on your current hair colour it will help them to advise you correctly :)
