After months of preparation, research, questions asked, I've achieved it! I got the hair I dreamt of. and I intend to share it :D

It's brighter in real life (this seems to be a phrase literally everyone in here says, so to not stand out, I say it as it is lol). my phone made the hair look a bit more royal blue rather than more turquoise blue, but it's the best photo I could seem to take.

Dyes used:
Adore Aquamarine
Directions Atlantic Blue
Directions Turquoise
and maybe 10/15% conditioner

Directions' turquoise is actually green I realised, lol. I didn't realise it was teal until I compared it to Aquamarine by Adore.

Can't believe how forgiving the effect is on my very uneven base. It took very vibrantly, evenly and just beautifully. I'm impressed!

It's my first time having neon hair and I love it!! :)

It's mostly blue turquoise, with a bit of greenish tints here and there but it's all blended and looks great.

I've mixed too much of these dyes and now I've got a lot left, just put it in some empty pots lol :p

It looks lovely, so glad you have finally achieved your dream hair.

Welcome to the bright side :D

It looks fantastic.  It's great that you have extra, really, saves the mixing for next time!

Congratulations on achieving your dream hair!

And you could always use the extra in your conditioner to top the colour up as you go.

OMG it came out absolutely gorgeous! I am so happy for you, I know you worked hard to get it to this! I love it!
Always remember to consider what your hair is going to feel like after processing it BEFORE you do it! Test strands, treatments/oils are important when it comes to hair, but the most important thing is patience!

Thanks so much all of you for your lovely comments <3

I did work really hard to get it, yeah, lol, however, I must say, I wasn't aware how forgiving these dyes would be, like I literally spent few days trying to get as even base as I possibly can, yet it really came out evenly and bright and it's the exact shade of turquoise that I wanted. Not too royal blue, not too green, just perfect, I'm so happy!!!
