How To: Avoid Heat Damaged Hair

Hi!  *waves*
I've had problems with damaged hair. I think it's because I used the flat iron to often and because i washed my hair too frequently. And I think this caused my hair to dry out. And except my shampoo I didn't use any hair oil or conditioner which definately was my own fault. *ott*
I learned that your hair needs sufficient moisture to be vital. Otherwise you will get split ends and will have to cut your hair!
