Hi, the website was offline for a few days from 30th March to 2nd April for a server move and some new features to be added, and the only other time it should have been offline was for around 5 hours on Tue 20th April and an hour or so the morning of Wed 21st while we tested out a new discount feature on the website (its still needing tweeked so is not on the website yet), but apart from that
Beeunique should be online and fine. If you and/or your friend still cannot see it please let me know and I will look into it more. The message saying it was offline from the 12th must be an error or typo and I will look into that as it should have said along the lines off "we hope to be offline for no more than an hour or two whilst we test new software". Hopefully once the new discount tier feature is up and running there should be no more offline time but its such a big change and as it affects prices we need to take the website offline whilst we test it.
I'm sure you must be sick of the question and I apologise in advance.
Don't worry about that at all - when we set up the forum it was for users to give help and advice to each other but we also thought it would be a handy place for people to report access problems with any of our other websites etc. If theres a problem we'd much rather know about it so we can look into it and hopefully you and your friend can access it fine now.
I am sorry for the delay in replying to you but I was not able to get onto the forum for the past couple of days due to working non-stop on orders - we've been very busy lately, which i'm not complaining about, but cant wait until we get our new premises or shop and can get more staff in
