Pravana Silver, in my experience, starts a silvery blue, then fades to blue, then green really quickly.

Adding my experiences in case they're useful to anyone.

Directions Plum over naturally blonde hair - faded to grey-blue within two washes over virgin hair near the roots, and faded to a lovely collection of blues and greens where I'd previously had highlights (I love the peacock shades, but they're not really work appropriate for me!)

Directions Plum over XXL Pure Purple (permanent bright pink dye) - fades to peacock shades, but only on the previously highlighted sections, the bits that are box dyed but that weren't bleached in the past have faded to pinky-purple.

I've found that it doesn't matter if I add Dark Tulip or Rubine to the Plum, it still fades like Plum regardless of how much pink has been put in the mix! This could be because all my hair except a few inches at the roots has been bleached in the past year though.

Anyone know how cc lavender fades? I've put some on my hands and it looks like it's blue based.. Had some bad experiences with blue dye!

I've only used it once but it faded to  really pretty pale cool pink.

Curious - does anyone have experience with the colour that Pravana Blue fades to? I prefer purple based blues, but can't find any clues online as to whether Pravana blue would fade green or purple...thanks :)

Pravanas blue is pretty balanced, so stays blue as it fades. Eventually it has more of a green fade than a purple

I found a comprehensive list one time and am kicking myself for not bookmarking it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It was just a super huge list of what the base colors were for popular brands and colors.

I used a mix of Adore French Cognac, Cinnamon & Cajun Spice

This faded to a bright orange, and then when I used Colourb4, it went BRIGHT Simpsons yellow!  :o https://scontent-ams3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xtp1/v/t1.0-9/10409178_10154795874105626_3384198094971649868_n.jpg?oh=37a20b754ccd6b430efcf9cbc4852682&oe=572836D1

Directions lilac used on my natural grey/silver hair stays lilac as it fades.  This was confirmed as being the case on bleached hair by another poster somewhere (maybe another forum).
