How To: Avoid Heat Damaged Hair
« on: 14 Feb 15 / 10:30 AM »
Hi!  *waves*
I've had problems with damaged hair. I think it's because I used the flat iron to often and because i washed my hair too frequently. And I think this caused my hair to dry out. And except my shampoo I didn't use any hair oil or conditioner which definately was my own fault. *ott*
I learned that your hair needs sufficient moisture to be vital. Otherwise you will get split ends and will have to cut your hair!
Maybe its helpful to anyone, heres an article on how to avoid heat damaged hair: http://www.heatdamagedhair.net/best-heat-damaged-hair-prevention-tips/
