New User? Post in here to access the Forum
« on: 15 Nov 14 / 06:22 PM »
In order to reduce the amount of spammers on the forum we have needed to implement this 'post first' feature.  Once you have posted in this section you will be able to view the other Forum Boards and Topics.

Hi, this is the section to say who you are, what you do, why you are here etc.  I'll start :D

I'm Nickki and I own this forum, Beeunique and a few other websites, mainly hair dye related.  I live in Scotland with my pet dogs.  I've used a few different brands of hair dye but must admit I always end up back with Special Effects Atomic Pink.

Hi! New here:) I'm a mother to quite a few little boys. I'm here for tips and advice on hair dying. I've been dying my own hair for about 12 years but still feel clueless half the time. Sort of in a hair crisis as I type! Lol.

I'm an art student considering dyeing my hair for the first time ever!

I personally prefer to use black and white mediums as I'm not very good with colors, so bear with me, people!

Also, mind my n00bness because chemistry kind of plays a part in hair dye and I was never so hot with all those equations ^^o

Hi,  I can see you have now asked a question on another board so hopefully it is all working fine now.  No idea what happened there as cannot see any errors in the logs, but will keep an eye on things this end :)

Hey gals, what's up? So basically, I'm a dude, from Asia, 18 years of age and 3 years dyeing my hair.
I'm planning to bleach my hair for the first time and I thank God for helping me find this forum since I don't want to ruin my hair color. So I just need a few tips especially after I bleach my hair, in which toner I should use but too bad that there's no toner available here in my country so I just want to ask if a DIY toner is as effective as a real toner? I mean a violet dye with alot of conditioner? Hope someone answer this simple question. Thanks!

Hello! I am here seeking advice on keeping bleached white hair healthy and evening out banding on roots. I have thick, curly hair (naturally level 2) and am trying to maintain length and even platinum. I play with colors sometimes too, mostly pastels, and am hoping to find some new products to try. :)

Hi there! I'm Lily, 27 yo from Virginia. My hair is currently naturally red with cotton candy tips. I have only just bleached/dyed (some of) my hair for the first time, and I'm planning to look around and, if needed, ask some questions :)

Thanks!

Hi, I'm J. RaeŚwriter, activist, learner,  and compassionate & creative human being. I live alone in upstate NY. I started experimenting with color last year. The bright and pastel colors make me happy. Unfortunately, the chemicals do not. I'm not very good getting the desired effect, but I've enjoyed the experimentation. I've used Ion and Manic Panic products. I initially went for a silver lilac and ended up with a bright teal. Now I'm in transition with my hair.

Oh, and these verification letters are impossible to read! *stars*

Hi, just come across this forum, as I'm having some trouble with dyeing my hair.

I have dyed my hair since I was 18, black initially :) (serious Goth!), am now 43 and go for red or dark purple.  Recently decided to go extreme and tried Schwarzkopf XXL Live ultra brights in purple and blue, getting some weird but funky effects, so am wondering if another make might work better on my hair.

Hey everyone. My name is Jessica, I'm 20 years old, and I'm from Canada. I have crazy red hair which I'm growing out as long as possible. Right now it is BSL, even though my hair journey has been going on since January 2013. I did have to cut off a whole lot of damaged ends, though.

I came to the forums to ask for some advice about how to achieve a look I saw on someone from Instagram.
